GovTact Leadership & Management Perspective
In the Marine Corps, the basic key to successful mission execution is a unit’s ability to shoot, move and communicate. Every unit – large and small consists of its leaders and its contributors – all of which are important. Government Tactical Solutions believes that strong leadership is required at all levels of an organization regardless of how big or how small. Part of strong leadership is the empowerment of its most important asset – its people.
An organization must empower and trust its subordinates to make the right decision, at the right time, for the right reasons. This empowerment is critical to the company, its managers and its individual contributors. In this fluid corporate and federal environment empowered onsite decision makers are essential for timely mission accomplishments. These onsite individuals have the backing of the GovTact organization. We support our people.
